Please ensure that your final payment is made within 10 Days of the scheduled payment due dates. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your product and deposit payments.

The specific payment date will be provided closer to the release date of the product Along with Balance remaining and Shipping costs/details. Once you receive this notification, we recommend making your payment as soon as possible to ensure prompt shipment of your product.

Cancellation 5 days after prototype reveal will result in a loss of the deposit. The deposit amount is determined based on the price outlined in the deposit plan. 

If you have already made a purchase, please ensure that: (a) you have sufficient funds for the final payment, (b) you are completely satisfied with the features and offerings of the product, and (c) you understand that our products are handmade and require time for production.

Please note that all our products exclude shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be invoiced at a later date closer to the product’s readiness for shipment.
